A Log In is required if you want to:
Access/change account information
Access other databases (e.g., EBSCO, Britannica, etc.)
Pay a fine
Save a list
Save a search
Log in with your Library ID or Library Card Number and PIN, or other credentials used for your library, such as last name, last 4 digits of your phone, ZIP Code, etc. If you need a login, ask the library staff to assist you.
If you want to set up an EZ Login, see Create EZ Login. If you already have an EZ Login and forgot your EZ Password, see Reset EZ Password for instructions. An email address needs to be on file to reset your EZ Password.
How to Log In
Click Log In, located in the top right corner, as shown below.
A Log In to your Account pop-up displays.
Type your Library ID or Library Card Number and PIN or other library credentials, or your EZ Login. If you do not have an EZ Login, you can create one under your Account. See Create EZ Login.
Some libraries may use an additional credential for your login and you will see the screen, as shown below, which displays a third entry box. You will need to enter the requested information. If you are using your EZ Login, you do not need to enter anything in this area.
Select the Remember Me check box to retain your login and not be continually prompted for your information. The system will retain your information unless you clear the cache in your browser.
After typing your library credentials, click Log In.
Once logged in [Your first name] Account slides out to the left, as shown in the example below.
If you see a red circle next to [Your name] Account (as shown in the example above), there are issues on your account that need attention. The number in the circle indicates the number of issues on your account. Click the red circle and the Account Summary page opens to display the issues (e.g. overdues, fines, arrived holds,etc.) See Account Summary for more information.
Are you having trouble logging in?
If you have attempted to Log In with incorrect credentials, an error message, The credentials entered are incorrect will display in red. Re-enter your correct information. If you still have a problem, check with your library staff to resolve.
If ZIP Code is a required field, try entering the full nine digits. For example, 25428-4413.
If Phone is a required field, you need to enter only the last four digits of your phone number.
If the following message displays, The host system is not available. Log in could not be completed. Please try again later., you will not be able to log in at this time. Try again later.
Your EZ Login is displayed under Account Summary at the bottom of the Summary screen. If you forgot your password, ask your library staff to assist you.
