Do you want information to be delivered directly to you, instead of you going to the library's Web site? If you are accessing your library's catalog from home, you can subscribe to a News Feed by using your preferred Feed Reader, providing you have log on credentials established with your library. If you forgot your credentials, or need information on how to access your account, see Log On. If you do not have an account, register for a temporary library card or see your librarian to set one up. For more information on News Feeds and Feed Readers, see Understand News Feeds.
Where can you subscribe to a News Feed? There are two locations where you can subscribe: My Saved Searches and My Lists. Each of these places are described below.
My Saved Searches: When you save a search under the My Saved Searches drawer, a News Feed symbol appears next to your search term, as shown in the example below.

When you click the News Feed symbol next to your saved search term, you have the option to subscribe to that feed. By using your preferred Feed Reader, you receive updates delivered directly to you.
My Lists: When you save a list under the My Lists drawer, select the name of the list shown on the right pane of the drawer that you want to subscribe to. With your displayed saved list on the left side of the pane, click the News Feed symbol located to the left of the Prev button, as shown below. If you require additional information on how to save a list, see Save Lists.

Note: You can subscribe to as many feeds as your Feed Reader allows. Therefore, if you have several items you want to be informed about, go ahead and subscribe to each of them! The only items you cannot subscribe to are digital collections.
