Print My Lists

Would you like to print your saved list from the My Lists drawer?   Instead of writing all of the information down on paper to locate items on the shelf, simply print the list out.  The list provides all the information you need:  title of the item, author (if available), collection, and call number.  In addition, the list will automatically sort by collection, followed by the call number in alpha-numeric order so you can easily locate the items.  This is especially handy when you have several items on a list.  Before you print check with your librarian for the library's policy on printing.  Print fees may be involved.

Click My Lists located at the bottom of the screen.  When you click the My Lists drawer, if you have not logged on to the system, a Log On dialog box prompts for your credentials. Type your Library ID/PIN or User Name/Password credentials.  If you forgot your credentials, or need information on how to access your account, see Log On.  If you do not have an account, register for a temporary library card or see your librarian to set one up.

Once logged on, click the title of your saved list shown on the right pane of the drawer, as shown in the example below.  If you do not show any lists, you will need to create one.  For instructions, see Save Lists.

Once your list displays, click Print List, as shown in the example below.
If you have more than ten items saved in a list, all items will print, and not just the ones that are currently displaying.
